Adult ADHD test - ASRS V1.1
Did you know that almost anyone can experience symptoms of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder)?
Adults with ADHD can experience attention deficit, disorganisation, impulsivity and frequent mood swings. However, diagnosing ADHD in adults can be difficult because some symptoms are associated with other conditions, such as anxiety or depression.
Research shows that attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is one of the most common disorders of childhood and can continue into adolescence and adulthood. Not diagnosing this condition and not treating the symptoms can impact the relationships you want to develop, your career or even your safety, and can prevent you from reaching your true potential.
If you experience such symptoms, complete the Adult ADHD Self-Report Scale (ASRS V1.1). It is a screening test used to detect ADHD in adults and can be used as a starting point to help you recognise the signs of this disorder.
